Central completed the 2021 season with a 7-4 record. With their 4-3 region record and a third place finish in Class 4A region eight, the Wildcats earned a spot in the playoffs in 2021. Central's season came to an end in the first round of the playoffs when they fell to Good Hope by a score of 27-24. Since 2010, Central has gone a combined 75-57.
