U.S. Army All-American Bowl



The U.S. Army All-American Bowl has been played annually in January with high school seniors participating in the event. The U.S. Army All-American Bowl is the nation's premier high school football game, serving as the preeminent launching pad for America's future college and NFL stars. Reggie Bush, Vince Young, Adrian Peterson, Tim Tebow and Brady Quinn all made their national debuts as U.S. Army All-Americans. The game is played in San Antonio's Alamodome.

Morris Higginbotham coached three different teams to divisional state championships in the 1950s. He won titles at Walnut Grove in 1952, West Blocton in 1955 and Enterprise in 1960.
