New Life Christian's season came to an end in the first round of the playoffs when they fell to Tuscaloosa Christian by a score of 42-0. Since 2010, New Life Christian has gone a combined 21-38. Their 36.0% winning percentage ranks 10th in Class 8 Man over the past seven seasons. Over the past 25 seasons, New Life Christian has managed to compile a record of 102-91. Their 53.0% winning percentage ranks 8th in Class 8 Man and 11th in the . The Eagles are led by head coach Jason Owens who is entering his eleventh season at the helm. He has compiled a record of 34-52 over the past ten seasons at New Life Christian. Under his direction the Eagles have qualified for the playoffs a total of five times. They have not won a region crown with Coach Owens. Coach Owens' overall record as a head football coach in ten season stands at 34-52 (39.5%).
