Ezekiel Academy completed the 2015 season with a 7-4 record. With their 2-1 region record and a second place finish in Class 8 Man region one, the Knights earned a spot in the playoffs in 2015. No team at Ezekiel Academy ever won more games in a season than the seven victories last year. The 477 points scored by the Knights last year were a team record in a single season. The defense allowed a team record 390 points last season. Ezekiel Academy is a relatively new football program having fielded a team only three seasons. They have managed a record of 16-15 over the past three years. The Knights are led by head coach Dale Munroe who is entering his fourth season at the helm. He has compiled a record of 16-15 over the past three seasons at Ezekiel Academy. Under his direction the Knights have qualified for the playoffs a total of two times. They have not won a region crown with Coach . Coach 's overall record as a head football coach in seven season stands at 32-35 (47.8%). Over the course of his career, Coach 's teams have qualified for the playoffs a total of three times . The Ezekiel Academy Knights will play in Class 8 Man region one during the 2016 season. The Knights open the 2016 season at home against non-region opponent Southern Choctaw on Friday, August 26. Last year the Southern Choctaw Indians finished with an overall record of 2-8 and in seventh place in Class 2A region one. The Indians ended last season on a positive note with a win over Marengo by a score of 27-12 after failing to gain a playoff spot.
