Last year McAdory captured the region 4 title and a number one seed in the Class 6A playoffs. They finished region play with a 6-0 record. McAdory reached the second round of the playoffs before falling to Benjamin Russell by a score of 34-3. Over the past two seasons the Yellow Jackets have gone 22-3 and will be looking to continue that winning tradition. Averaging over ten wins a season since 2010, McAdory has gone a combined 63-15. Their 81.0% winning percentage ranks 3rd in Class 6A over the past six seasons. Over the past 25 seasons, McAdory has gone a combined 205-86. Their 70.0% winning percentage ranks 6th in Class 6A and 30th in the AHSAA. The Yellow Jackets are led by head coach David Powell who is entering his twenty-second season at the helm.
