 High School Bio:

            Andrews was named All-Conference, All-State, captain for two years and named Most Valuable Player on team as a sophomore… Also participated in baseball, basketball and track. A real triple-threat, did the passing, running, kicking and played defense. Racked up 1,310 total yards (771 rushing, 545 passing), scored 55 points, averaged 6.8 yards per carry and 40 yards on each punt.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

In 1970 Monroe Academy won the first championship in the A.I.S.A. by defeating Lowndes Academy 6-0.
