            Jordan was named Holtville Most Valuable Lineman, All-State. He also participated in baseball and track. He played varsity football three years, captained the squad and sparkled on defense and punt coverage.

Etowah defeated Oxford 69-63 in 1991 to set a state record for most points scored by both teams in a playoff game.
