 High School Bio:

            Hulgan was named All City 1955, All State 1955; All American (Prep Football Magazine 1955). His other major sport was track. He played two years varsity football. His specialty in football was offense, track, hurdles and high jump.

Etowah defeated Oxford 69-63 in 1991 to set a state record for most points scored by both teams in a playoff game.
