 High School Bio:

            Donald Stephenson, an All-State honor man from Bessemer, played center for the 1953 All-Stars in Tuscaloosa. Donald played four years of varsity football, serving as captain one year. This All-Star center was coached by Euil Snider.

Homewood defeated Benjamin Russell in five overtimes during the Class 5A Super Six state championship game in 2000.
