High School Bio:
Jackson attended McAdory High School, where he rushed for 1,175 yards on 118 carries (10.9 avg.) and scored 17 touchdowns as a running back his senior season. That year, Jackson also hit twenty home runs in twenty-five games for McAdorys baseball team. He got his nickname by being a renegade child so much that family members said he was as wild as a "boarhog." Eventually, they began to just call him "Bo." Jackson claimed two state decathlon championships. He was named Back of the Year in Jefferson County, All-County and All-State. He also played baseball and track.

Hazlewood won five consecutive state championships from 1988-1992. During this span the Golden Bears won 29 playoff games in a row.
