 High School Bio:

            Langner played on the varsity team three years and was captain of his squad. He was Most Valuable Player on the All-City and All-Metro Teams, he was All-State, Super All-State, Whos Who in American High School Football, and Outstanding Lineman in Jefferson County. He also ran track.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Collinsville completed the 1931 season with a record of 1-4-5. The five ties will forever be a state record since all games are now decided by overtime.
