 High School Bio:

            Morris played four years of varsity football at the tackle position. He was All-District (AIAA); Voted Outstanding Lineman and Most Valuable Player by his teammates. He also ran track and was a Shot Putter.

The first football game played by a high school team in Alabama was in 1892 when Central Birmingham (Phillips) lost to Alabama 56-0 on November 11.
