            Jim played three seasons on the varsity football team and was team captain as a senior. He was All-Morgan County; All-T.V.C.; All-State; Honorable Mention All-American; Most Valuable Lineman and Most Valuable Player Awards. His specialty was offensive center. He also played baseball.
