 High School Bio:

            Kelley played varsity football three years and was captain of his squad his senior year. Athletic honors included All South Alabama Conference, All State, Honorable Mention All American, and he was awarded a scholarship to the University of Alabama. He was also named All District in basketball. His specialty was place kicking. Grid statistics show 1,499 yards total offense - rushing: 116 carries for 551 yards; passing: attempted 97, completed 56 for 948 yards - 13 touchdowns.

Etowah defeated Oxford 69-63 in 1991 to set a state record for most points scored by both teams in a playoff game.
