 High School Bio:

            McLaughlin was co-captain of his team as a senior at UMS. He played varsity football for three seasons. Athletic honors included: Lineman of the Year, All-Conference and All-State. He also participated in Baseball, basketball and track.

Etowah defeated Oxford 69-63 in 1991 to set a state record for most points scored by both teams in a playoff game.
