 High School Bio:

            Collinsville Halfback and Fullback, Four years varsity football - also played linebacker and safety positions - leading offensive and defensive player at Collinsville. Captain of his squad, and was voted DeKalb Countys Back of the Year - All-State Honorable Mention and his classmates honored him with their "C" Club Award for Best All Around Athlete. He also participated in basketball.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Collinsville completed the 1931 season with a record of 1-4-5. The five ties will forever be a state record since all games are now decided by overtime.
