Ed Rigby resigned his position as the head football coach at Opp in December to accept the head coaching job at Pike County. Rigby spent the last two seasons leading the Bobcats to a combined 16-6 record. The Bobcats will be in search of their fifth head coach in the past seven years. 2026 Season Les Sanders will be up next at Opp as the head football coach following a long search for the right hire. Over his 13 years of coaching, Sanders has compiled a record of 80-62 at Luverne and Geneva. He has served as an assistant at Opp the past few years. | |
