Tim Carter made the decision to retire following the 2025 football season at Fairhope. He leaves the sidelines with an overall record of 168-102 in 24 seasons as a head coach in Alabama. His eleven seasons with the Pirates produced a 70-49 record and eight playoff appearances. 2026 Season Caleb Ross after five seasons away from the sidelines returns to lead the Fairhope Pirates in 2026. He brings 64 victories and a state championship with him. The title came in 2015 while the head coach at McGill-Toolen. Ross also made stops along the way at Thompson, Opelika and Prattville. | |
