Scott Peavey exits Etowah after two seasons to accept the head coaching job at New Hope. Peavey has been a head coach for thirteen seasons with a record of 73-70 at Walter Wellborn, Ashville and Madison County. 2026 Season Davin Hawkins is a 2010 graduate of the school, and many believe the hire will lead to a resurgence in the football program at Etowah. Hawkins comes back to Etowah from Hutchinson Community College in Kansas where he was the defensive back and strength and conditioning coach. | |
