Will Johnson leaves East Limestone after two seasons with a record of 2-18. The Indians will once again be headed to fall practice with new leadership in 2026. 2026 Season Juwan Simpson has been hired as the next head coach at East Limestone for the 2026 football season. Simpson is a native of Decatur and graduate of Austin High School. He went on to play football at Alabama from 2003 to 2006 where he became a star performer on the field. Simpson spent eight seasons in the Canadian Football League where his team won the Grey Cup in 2008 and 2014. He most recently served as an assistant at East Mississippi Community College. | |
