Rush Propst stepped into the head coaching position at Coosa Christian when someone needed to fill the shoes of suspended head coach Mark O'Bryant for the season. All he did was take the Conquerors to the championship game in Birmingham and bring home the first Blue Map in school history. O'Bryant will return in 2026 to a team loaded with talent in hopes of a return trip to the championship game in Mobile in 2026. 2026 Season Mark OBryant returns as the head coach at Coosa Christian after serving his one season suspension per the AHSAA. He will inherit a squad that won the Class 2A state championship in December and a talented group of returning players. | |
