2026 Head Football Coaching Changes

Rush Propst stepped into the head coaching position at Coosa Christian when someone needed to fill the shoes of suspended head coach Mark O'Bryant for the season. All he did was take the Conquerors to the championship game in Birmingham and bring home the first Blue Map in school history. O'Bryant returned briefly in 2026 to a team loaded with talent in hopes of a return trip to the championship game in Mobile in 2026. Later he resigned to pursue other options. 2026 Season Alaric Williams, the offensive coordinator at Coosa Christian, has been named to replace Coach O'Bryant following his resignation. Williams spent the past three seasons as the offensive coordinator at the school after one year leading the quarterbacks. He graduated from Southside High School where he was a four-star athlete. | |
