Summary:
        Gordo fullback Tim Kelly ran 35 yards down to the Leroy one yard line the fourth quarter to set up his own 1-yard touchdown run for the decisive score with 4:35 left to play.
        The Bears led most of the way after Matt Powell hauled in a 35-yard touchdown pass from Chris Dixon with 4:31 left in the first quarter. Shane Fair kicked two field goals for Gordo, a 29-yarder in the second period and a 32-yarder early in the fourth quarter.
        Until Kelly's game-winning score the 7-6 lead held up for the Bears. The comeback win gave the Green Wave their fourth state championship since 1968.
