 High School Bio:

            Mooneyham was named All-City, All-Confederate Conference, All-State, All-America. He also ran track. He played varsity football two years and was the 1958 team captain. He was an extraordinary runner, having romped for 225 yards in one game and totaled 1,030 and a 16-yard average per carry for nine games last season. He scored 54 points.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

The Tuscaloosa Black Bears were considered one of the best programs in the nation from 1925-1931. Their record over that span was an amazing 61-0-3.
