The Annual Dental Clinic Classic was played in Jefferson County from 1948. For many years there was some sort of mobile dental clinic operated in Jefferson County Schools, promoted and partially supported from proceeds received from the Annual Dental Clinic Championship Football Games.

   The Dental Clinic Classic was played from 1948-1995. Although the game is no longer played, a children's dental clinic continues to operate in the county, funded by The Monday Morning Quarterback Club.
