Jackson is currently up 52-0 over Anniston. They won last year over Cherokee County 69-6.
Outscoring championship opponents 121-6 Currently!!! WOW! Be interesting how they do next year without QB and RB! |

I think they could have won 5A this year. And would have definitely made Quarterfinals, if not Semifinals, in 6A. |

| They are overwhelmingly good. Yes they probably win 5A and give many of the top 6A trouble like they did with Saraland. Amazing how that talent is assembled in a largely rural area. Anniston was no slouch. They beat 5A teams and won most of their games going away but against Jackson they were not even close. |

| Question maybe could they have won 3A vs Mars Hill? |

| I think they'd have beaten Mars Hill, but Mars Hill would 100% have made it to the finals out of the north in 4A (and that isn't a knock on Anniston, who was really good). The truth is, the state finals in 4A was played last weekend at St Michael. And HOW did St Michael beat Jackson, anyway? |

I heard a few defensive starters were out in the first matchup between Jackson and St. Michael in the regular season. |

I agree with this. I think 2nd or 3rd round of 6A is about how good they were. Semis may be a reach. Looking at the third round of 6A I'm not sure they'd beat any of those teams, but would be competitive. Pretty incredible year from the Aggies.
Also, I think Maplesville (or Wadley for that matter) would have won 2A and could make the final from the South in 3A.
Mars Hill I think would be in the final in 4A. Don't think they'd beat Jackson.
Clay Chalkville would've won 7A. |

| The AHSAA would have figured out how to put Saraland, Central, Thompson, and Clay on the same side of the bracket. |
