Russellville expected to hire former Mars Hill coach Darrell Higgins next head coach.

And he's going to Russellville. The number of "He CAn'T CoMPeTe IN a lEveL PlAYinG FiEld" takes are killing me. If he wanted easy competition, he could have stayed at Mars Hill--or gone to any number of public schools where he WOULDN'T be the sixth most talented team on day one.

Red Level Head Coach Kenny Skipper stepping down as head coach but will remain athletic director of the school.
Red Level promotes Griffin Windham to head coach.

I?d say it has more to do with retirement than it is anything. Otherwise, I think he would have stayed there and continued what he had

I would say its huge! a new challenge, getting his years in the state retirement system... and I assume a very nice raise to coach at Russellville only increases his retirement. Win Win!
