Posted - 06/30/2026 : 14:13:07 The 2026 "March to Mobile" AHSAA high school football campaign kicks off in about two months. We're going to base a podcast on your thoughts regarding favorites to win a state championship in their respective classifications. You can list up to four teams per classification. (That just gets more teams mentioned) 6A 5A 4A 3A 2A 1A Private AA Private A

Posted - 07/01/2026 : 14:21:37 I'll add some other teams that might be in the running themselves. Maybe I've missed some news, but I feel like these are also good contenders.
6A: Hewitt-Trussville Auburn
5A: Pike Road
4A: Seems like a mess; the four listed seem like they have way too much for many other teams in 4A to compete with
3A: Corner Plainview
2A: Southside Selma Gordo Pisgah
1A: Addison (Although Leroy and Maplesville are certainly the heavy favorites)
AA: Catholic Montgomery
A: Mars Hill Coosa Christian
