 High School Bio:

            Dyas was named All-state and all-American two years; Prep All-American Magazine team all-S.A.C. Other sports - basketball and track. Marlin played four years varsity football and was captain of his squad Specialty - punt, pass, pass receiving. Grid statistics - two years gained better than 2,400 yards and scored 240 points.





Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Hazlewood won five consecutive state championships from 1988-1992. During this span the Golden Bears won 29 playoff games in a row.
