            Played tight end on the varsity football team four years and was captain last year. Played on the 1969 2A State Championship team; earned All-State honors. Also won honors in basketball and track.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

The Super 6 State Championships began in 1996. Since then all title games were played at Legion Field in Birmingham until 2009.
