 High School Bio:

            Bryant lettered in football 3 years and basketball 1 year. He was Best Back Jr., 1966; Best Back O-Day 1967; Best Back 1969; All-County 2 years; Most Passes Intercepted 1968; and received Post-Herald Award 1969. He served as captain of his squad during his senior year. He had a career record of 3,216 yards and scored 13 touchdowns.





Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

In 1969 the two point conversion was adopted for play following a touchdown. Until that time all conversions were worth one point.
