 High School Bio:

            Russellville High School Guard played two years of varsity football. His specialty was Defensive Guard and Offensive center. He was voted the Most Valuable Linesman; Sportsmanship Trophy; Honorable Mention on All-State Team; Member of 1966 Tennessee Valley Conference Team; Member of the 1966- 3A-4A District Championship Team. He participated in track. He was a member of the 9-1-0 Season Team; Member of the Number Two Team in State 3A Conference.





Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

The Tuscaloosa Black Bears were considered one of the best programs in the nation from 1925-1931. Their record over that span was an amazing 61-0-3.
