According to Carl Prather of Waff 48 facebook page, Jere Adcock, long time coach at Decatur is now head coach at Whitesburg Christian Academy.

Wow! Whitesburg has struggled but they have a few athletes. If he can get those kids to buy in to weight room and physical football they could improve.

Sometimes I miss Tallassee, spent many fun nights down there over the years.

So far the more underrated hire in the state. He won at Tuskegee which is definitely tough to do and his Dad was one of the best to do it at Reeltown (another place I miss). I?m sure his Dad will help in Tallassee too which can only help. If they give him time he?ll win there I think
