I wish one of those 1927 sources would happen to have the missing Shades Cahaba vs Leeds score from that year. As far as I know, that would complete the Shades Cahaba/Valley history.

The game story in the Anniston Star for November 5 1927 gives the scoring recap of the Anniston Etowah game and it was 32-0 Anniston not 31-0.

DFen,
You may have found a score I have been searching for the last 30 years if the Foley-Evergreen score is accurate. I do not wish to question your source but would really appreciate it if you could tell me where you found that score. I knew the game was played and have looked everywhere for a score.
Let me know where you found it please.
