Piedmont Coach Tommy Lewis won his 600th game with a 61-43 victory over Glencoe last night at Piedmont. He now has a record of 600-341 In 32 seasons at Gaylesville, Spring Garden, Cherokee County and Piedmont. This was his 22nd area championship. In 12 seasons at Piedmont he has a recored of 224-152 and is the winnest coach in the schools history. This was also his 9th area championship in his 12 seasons at Piedmont.His teams have been to 14 Northeast Regional tournaments and 5 state tournaments.
