The AISA will kick of the Alabama high school football season in 2017. Three Alabama schools, Bessemer Academy, Autauga Academy and Escambia Academy, will meet three out-of-state schools in a season-opening kickoff event at Cramton Bowl on Aug. 11 and 12.
Aug. 11: Bessemer Academy vs. Lamar (Miss.), 7:30 p.m.
Aug. 12: Autauga Academy vs. Valwood (Ga.), 2:30 p.m.
Aug. 12: Escambia Academy vs. First Baptist (S.C.), 7:30 p.m.
