svmounties	Posted - 08/25/2018 : 18:03:30 I saw Marengo defeated Pickens County 2-0 last night. Those type defensive struggles are few and far between of late. I wonder how many 2-0 games there have been in the recent past. I would be surprised if there were many. I have attended two 3-0 games in my more than 35 years of attending football games - one win and one loss, regardless of level. Since 1979 there have been 29 games played where only a single safety determined the outcome of the game. Here is a list of the games I found. It is possible some of these are forfeit games that I do not know about.
