Summary:
         Robbie Johnson's 47-yard field goal in the third quarter sealed a 9-0 victory and paved the way for Stevenson's second state championship in three seasons. Robert Jernigan's 24 yard pass to Calvin Hutchins in the third period gave Stevenson a 6-0 lead earlier in the game.
         Randolph County met a strong defensive effort from Stevenson. The Tigers managed only one first down and 26 yards of total offense on the night.
